What can you expect this evening…Last week we premiered Rise Up by Annerley Gordon and today we show the video of yet another track with the vocals of Ann Lee; a cover of I know there is something going on originally by Frida! Produced by Maury Pirotta it sounds absolutely fresh. Victor Ark has been very busy. With no other than Glen White (Kano) he made a very catchy Italo track called Hypnotic Dance, now available on Flashback records plus… another track called Disco Classroom. Maurizio Suraci, on of the members of Torrevado, has his own project called Daremore with Sleep like a baby tonight. This weeks spacesynth track is from KEBU! And the bandcamp push chosen by PTB from Scotland is a 2022 track from Blixx86 (Martin Blix solo) with On the run again but now in a new Tobias Bernstrup remix! We all remember Marc Hartman who sadly passed away last year. His Pax Romax projects included a tribute to Gino Soccio and also Fade to grey, the last one was just finished befor he died. Flemming Dalum was asked to do a remix too but never made it on the vinyl untill now! Strangers in the night by ItaLove has been remixed by Italoconnection, we will show the video! George Hysteric made his version of Grant Millers Colder than ice and PTB’s choice this week is from Germany, Funkenstaub with Bei dir sein. This man is active sinds the mid 90s working with SAW but also wrote for Amanda Lear, Nicki French a.o., collaborated with Mirko Hirsch & Italoconnection and more, since this year he is with Analog Langue label owned by DJ, remixer & producer Rafal aka A.P. Mono from Poland who is also here with us presenting their new upcoming album ‘A different picture’ plus exclusives from A.P. Mono himself. Fred Ventura has a new compilation album called Italia undiscovered & PTB’s bandcamp choice this week is from Lucca Leeloo with The one i love in Italoconnection remix. Oh what an international music evening it will be again.

Today the sad news reached us that one of the RSDH DJ’s from RSDH in the 80s passed away; Rens will be remembered… Wie kende hem niet als je uit Den Haag kwam en tevens Stad DJ in de jaren 80, Rens van de Mar, Het trieste nieuws bereikte ons dat hij in juli is overleden. Rust zacht Rens…. Today we play the DJ Tin Tin remix of You and me from the Funny Twins (1987) that was produced by Albert One. Now available on ZYX. Another classic hit, Mike Canon’s Voices in the dark was remixed by Flemming Dalum for ZYX, we gladly share that with you too. PTB’s Bandcamp push for this week comes from the States, a real good Synthpop track called Systematic by Synthetic saints. Jerry will put in some Hi NRG for you also.
