The summer is magic with Radio Stad. This evening we will play a new song from the Danish formation POKS called Friend of world. Also great electronic music by Marc Hartman Go get his giftbox on bandcamp by Random Vinyl. You must have seen it; Rewind of change in reworks by Italoconnection, now available on Blanco Y Negro and also via Bordello a Parigi and bandcamp… A new track was delivered by Pirmaut ft. Nu.Ma from Italy called Colorful World on Blanco y Negro. Our weekly item ‘PTB’s Choice’ is available on Bandcamp and comes from the States; Cindy Wilson with Midnight.

Tonight we remember Anfrando Maiola of KOTO who sadly passed away last friday…. We will show a tribute video made by his very close friend Roberto Bisca. And maybe maybe Michiel van der Kuy comes along also. We have guests in the studio and especially for them we will have a skype chat with Linda Jo Rizzo! We will also show a video of the new track by Victor Ark called Nightdreams. Flemming Dalum made a remix of a track called l’Italie by Etat Limite and PTB’s choice for tonight is a charity release remix for the floods in Italy made by an artist from the region; Amarcord-Robotiko Rejecto.

Let us explain. Over a week ago there was a 3 day Italo event in Riccione Italy. This event also included a DJ Contest. 120 DJ’s Subscribed and only 12 were invited to Riccione.
The winner of this contest (with in the Jury a.o. Claudio Casalini, Rudy Corradi & Roberto Turatti !) was Antonio Sacco. (Second place was for the Dutch DJ Dave Hipke aka Du Baron)
One of the prizes for the winner was at least 4 hours airplay, with this DJ’s mixes, on Radio Stad Den Haag!
